Lurgan print and packaging firm James Hamilton acquired by Zeus Group

The Lurgan-based print and food packaging business James Hamilton Group, which has annual sales of around £15.4 million, has been bought by the Zeus Group.
James Hamilton Group, which employs around 120 people at its Millennium Way site, supplies packaging, label production, office supplies, and personal protective equipment solutions across a range of different sectors.
Zeus said the acquisition is part of its 2023 growth strategy, that will see the group’s revenues surpass €500m (£427m).
The Lurgan firm will continue to operate under its own brand.
