Cleaning Operative (RF-2407-26) – Armagh

Mount Charles are currently recruiting for a Cleaning Operative to join their team based at Orchard Leisure Centre, Armagh.

Working Pattern:

  • 20 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday
  • 7am – 11am

The Role:

  • ​Ensure all areas (offices, kitchen and rest areas) are cleaned efficiently and in a timely manner to the required standards – this to include weekly and periodic tasks.
  • Use cleaning chemicals safely as detailed by the Control of Substances Hazardous to health guidelines (COSHH)
  • Ensure full working knowledge of all cleaning equipment, materials and agents and use cleaning equipment as directed by the Line Manager only after correct training is given.
  • Report immediately any equipment which is faulty, mark as faulty and do not use
  • Knowledge of scrubber dryer operation would be an advantage
  • Any and all other cleaning duties

Cleaning Operative (RF-2407-27) – Banbridge

Mount Charles are currently recruiting for a Cleaning Operative to join their team based in the Banbridge Area.

Working Pattern:

  • 16 hours per week
  • 4 out of 7 Days per Week
  • 4 Hours per Day – Option to be Flexible
  • Alternative Saturdays

  • ​Ensure all areas (offices, kitchen and rest areas) are cleaned efficiently and in a timely manner to the required standards – this to include weekly and periodic tasks.
  • Use cleaning chemicals safely as detailed by the Control of Substances Hazardous to health guidelines (COSHH)
  • Ensure full working knowledge of all cleaning equipment, materials and agents and use cleaning equipment as directed by the Line Manager only after correct training is given.

Mount Charles are currently recruiting for a Cleaning Operative to join their team based in Newry Area.

Working Pattern:

  • 12.5 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday
  • 9am – 11:30am

Cleaning Supervisor (RF-2406-54) – Portadown

Mount Charles are currently recruiting for a Cleaning Supervisor to join our team based at Translink Trains, Portadown.

Working Pattern:

  • 37.5 hours per Week
  • 5 out of 7 Nights per Week
  • Various Shift Patterns – Option to be Flexible

The Role:

  • Contract Auditing – (Carry out Quality Audits as per schedule and per company policy)
  • Client Contact – (Meet with Clients as per schedule – Complete client contact sheet)
  • Assisting with Payroll when needed – (Monthly Checking of Report)
  • Uniforms – checking all staff are in full uniform
  • Machine Repairs – (Must complete machine Repair report and send to central admin)
  • Assisting the operations manager with Induction Training – (All new starts and staff moving sites must get induction training as per induction training list)
  • Daily Staff Management – (Unplanned absence sickness/ no shows as per agreed central admin process)
  • Holiday Cover – (Assist the are supervisor with Approving or not approving as per staff engagement APP, cover sickness and holidays cleaning on sites.)
  • Stock Ordering – (Through Central Admin from Montgomery Road)
  • Employee Appreciation – (identify those within the operations who warrant specific recognition to line Manager)
  • Ensuring all members of staff are completing their roles to the best of their abilities including checking each of their areas on an adhoc basis
  • Ensuring all areas are fully stock such as toilet role dispensers, soap dispensers etc.
  • Full compliance with COSHH and colour coding.
  • Keeping own store area clean, tidy, colour coded and up to spec.
  • Fully flexible approach needed
