Receptionist
Armagh City Hotel are now recruiting for a part-time Receptionist to ensure that all guests are received in a manner befitting to the hotel.
The receptionist will present an environment that will ensure guest satisfaction and help to maximise occupancy thus enhancing the standards within the hotel.
Shift patterns to include early mornings, late evenings, weekends and statutory holidays or other holidays.
Essential Criteria
- The ability to work under pressure to achieve objectives within timescales, without compromising accuracy and quality.
- Must be extremely organised, with the ability to make intelligent decisions when faced with completing priorities.
- Excellent at both verbal and written communication, with great interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate at all levels.
- Proficient in IT systems, such as Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook and Word.
Desirable Criteria
- Previous experience in a receptionist position and/or hospitality position.
- Educated to GCSE level.

Fitness Instructor
Join Armagh City Hotel’s team as a Fitness Instructor where you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service and professional fitness guidance.
From providing personalised training programs to maintaining gym equipment and handling customer inquiries, you’ll ensure members have the best experience.
Essential Criteria
- A recognised qualification (Level 2 or Level 3) in fitness and personal training.
- A recognised qualification in spin instructor.
- The ability to work under pressure to achieve objectives within timescales, without compromising accuracy and quality
- Must be extremely organised, with the ability to make intelligent decisions when faced with competing priorities.
- Excellent at both verbal and written communication, with great interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate at all levels.
- Fluent English Speaking
- Eligible to work in the UK
Desirable Criteria
- Previous experience in a similar role in hospitality is desirable but not essential.
