Key Duties and Responsibilities:

The role will include working with the company computer system ( training will be given) along with booking jobs and labour posting.

  • Maintaining stock records and conducting regular inventory checks.
  • Communicating with suppliers for quotes and delivery schedules.
  • Issuing purchase orders (POs).
  • Managing incoming deliveries and ensuring all items are correctly logged and stored.
  • Dispatching goods and creating dispatch notes
  • Liaising with workshop managers.
  • A good basic computer skill would be a benefit along with a counter balance forklift truck license ( not essential).
