Tanker Drivers – Tandragee

Thompson Fuels Ltd are currently seeking full-time/part time tanker drivers based out of their Tandragee depot delivering oil to various locations.

Hours and work time are negotiable working Monday to Friday with weekend work available.

Tanker Drivers Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for delivering oil to various locations.
  • Handling delivery dockets, paperwork and cash.
  • Completing the necessary paperwork correctly.
  • Communicating with transport office and the office sales team.
  • Other duties as required.

Essential Skills:

  • It is essential that applicants have a minimum current HGV Class 3 Licence (category C).
  • Good communication skills.

Desirable Skills:

  • A minimum of 2 year’s driving experience would be desirable but not essential.
  • ADR Certificate and / or CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence) are desirable, but training will be provided if necessary for the successful candidate.

Jetvac Tanker Driver – Armagh

Glenvale Waste are looking to recruit a Jetvac Tanker Driver to join their busy team based in Madden, Co Armagh.

They use the latest technology to deal with blocked drains, grease trap and separators, CCTV inspection, septic tank empty and interceptor cleaning.

Jetvac Driver Responsibilities:

  • Be able to drive and manage a Jetvac tanker
  • Good house keeping of Jetvac
  • Ensure all paperwork is completely correctly
  • Emptying of septic tanks, interceptors and other work

The ideal candidate must have:

  • Have the ability to work well with others
  • Have good time management
  • Good communication skills

Requirements:

  • Class 2 license
  • 1-2 years driving experience with Class 2
  • CPC

Mobile Technician – Northern Ireland

McElmeel Mobility Services require a Mobile Technician (Northern Ireland) to join their team.

The Role:

  • The Mobile technician is field-based in Northern Ireland.
  • You will be responsible for completion of service, annual checks and warranty work on wheelchair accessible vehicles (WAVs) including ramps, wheelchair restraints, winches, electric reels and side steps.

Responsibilities:

  • Attend planned WAV checks and respond to service calls throughout Northern Ireland
  • Carry out service in a timely manner, to the highest standard as per training and product supplier guidelines
  • Have full product working knowledge off all possible vehicles, conversions and adaptations provided by McElmeel Mobility Service
  • Work in tandem with service and aftersales administrators to carry out all necessary administration to a clear and concise standard
  • Keep service vehicle stocked to ensure all eventualities can be overcome in the first instance
  • Assist with onsite repairs and servicing when required.

  • Previous demonstrable experience in a similar role
  • Full driving licence
