Electrical Operations Manager
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Electrical Operations Manager to oversee operations from our Armagh Office, with regular site visits required to projects in Dublin.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading multiple electrical projects, managing teams, coordinating with clients and site personnel, and ensuring high standards of delivery.
Role Responsibilities:
Permanent position available with a robust pipeline of projects across Ireland.
- Oversee day-to-day operations and resource planning across electrical projects
- Manage project teams and site foremen to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality targets are met
- Liaise with clients, design teams, and internal departments
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and decision-making to resolve on-site issues
- Implement and enforce Health & Safety and quality standards
- Monitor project performance and report on progress to senior leadership
- Support the growth and development of project teams and apprentices
- Assist with tendering, procurement, and subcontractor coordination
- Develop and maintain project programmes to align with client timelines and requirements.

Electrical Foreman
We are currently seeking a skilled Electrical Foreman to lead the on-site delivery of electrical installations across commercial and industrial projects in Dublin.
The successful candidate will take ownership of managing teams on-site, ensuring work is completed to the highest safety and quality standards while maintaining project timelines.

Role Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate site electrical activities and personnel
- Interpret and work from electrical drawings and specifications
- Ensure timely execution of tasks in line with project programmes
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and safety compliance on site
- Liaise with the project manager, subcontractors, and site teams
- Carry out quality checks and ensure snag-free handovers
- Promote a culture of safety and team accountability
- Record and report progress, issues, and materials as required

BIM/CAD Technician
We are currently seeking a BIM/CAD Technician to join our in-house design and coordination team at our Armagh office.
The ideal candidate will assist in producing detailed 2D and 3D drawings and models to support mechanical and electrical installations across commercial, industrial, and residential projects.
Permanent position available with a strong pipeline of M&E projects across Ireland and the UK.
Role Responsibilities:
- Produce accurate and detailed M&E drawings using AutoCAD and Revit
- Develop coordinated BIM models for electrical and mechanical systems
- Liaise with project managers, site teams, and subcontractors to ensure drawing accuracy
- Assist in clash detection, drawing updates, and revisions throughout the project lifecycle
- Support prefabrication and installation teams by delivering timely and clear construction drawings
- Maintain document control and drawing registers in line with company standards
- Contribute to BIM standards and development within the company
