Healthcare and Admin Assistant (HCA) 

This pivotal role supports both our clinical and administrative teams.

What you’ll do:

  • Provide essential support to our GPs, Nurses and Consultants.
  • Manage patient bookings, clinic diaries, and administrative tasks with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Be the friendly, welcoming face of the practice, ensuring a smooth patient experience.

We are looking for:

  • A compassionate, organised, and proactive individual.
  • Experience in a healthcare setting is a plus, but full training will be provided for the right candidate.

Business Manager 

We are seeking a proactive, highly organised, and results-driven Business Manager to oversee the operational and strategic direction of our busy, established private medical clinics.

This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for ensuring the smooth, efficient, and profitable day-to-day running of our practices, which offer a diverse range of services including GP appointments, specialist consultations, menopause clinics, and more.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all non-clinical operational activities, ensuring high standards of patient experience, service delivery, and compliance across both sites.
  • Manage clinic facilities, equipment maintenance, and IT systems to ensure a safe, functional, and modern working environment.
  • Manage the clinic budgets, overseeing all financial transactions, and providing detailed monthly reports on practice performance to the Directors.
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to identify new service lines, increase patient numbers, and grow overall revenue for both clinics.
  • Lead the marketing strategy, managing the clinics’ online presence.
  • No prior knowledge of working in a medical practice is required.
