Working Hours: Monday – Friday 9 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. with 1 hour for lunch
Salary: £31,000 + per annum depending on experience

  • Enter purchase invoices and credits accurately on Sage Accounts and follow up on any discrepancies
  • Issue and receive purchase order numbers to garage staff and customers
  • Keep up to date inspection sheets and record of all breakdowns

Saturday 8:30am – 1pm

Ideal applicant would have experience in trades or building, be honest, willing to be open and close yard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Check all delivery notes, invoices, and sales orders at the exit point.
  • Compare items listed on paperwork with goods loaded onto customer vehicles.
  • Challenge and report any discrepancies or irregularities.
  • Maintain accurate records of checks carried out.
  • Monitor yard activity and support overall site security.
  • Work closely with the sales and yard teams to ensure smooth customer flow.
  • Follow company safety and security procedures at all times.
