Overview
Eglish Country Fry are looking for reliable and enthusiastic Counter Staff to join their friendly chip shop team.
The ideal candidates will have a background in customer service and food preparation and will help ensure the smooth running of day-t0-day kitchen operations.
Hours:
- Part time
- Evenings and weekends mandatory
- Flexible working hours available
The Role:
- Front of house role
- Taking customer orders, processing and cash handling
- Assist in managing kitchen operations during peak hours to ensure timely service
- Maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene
- Working as part of a social, supportive kitchen team
- Contributing to a positive and efficient kitchen environment.
- Working with kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient food production.
- Collaborate with management as required, ensuring that any problems are identified and dealt with or reported promptly to the appropriate person
About You:
- Proven experience in a customer service environment
- Strong knowledge of food safety, regulations and best practices.
- Reliable, hardworking, and a team player
- Able to work well in a fast-paced environment
