As a Sales Counter Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering excellent service to our customers. You’ll be advising on lawnmowers and garden equipment, handling sales, and ensuring every customer leaves with the right product and a great experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting customers with product enquiries and purchases
- Providing expert advice on lawnmowers and garden machinery
- Processing sales transactions accurately
- Handling customer queries in person and over the phone
