Production Administrator / Supervisor (Food Production)

Monday to Friday (Full-Time-12.00pm-8.00pm)

This role combines administrative responsibility with on-the- floor supervision, ensuring production runs efficiently, safely, and in full compliance with food safety and quality standards. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate system data, supporting production planning, and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and complete all daily production tasks using the ERP system
  • Input, update, and maintain accurate data including orders, batch records, inventory, and production schedules
  • Assist in supervising daily production activities, including line operations, cleaning schedules, and hygiene standards
  • Support production planning and optimisation activities to minimise waste and maximise efficiency
  • Maintain accurate production records for audits, inspections, and internal reporting

General Operatives 

Monday to Friday – Part time 2.00pm-6.30pm

Our General Operatives play a vital role in ensuring that our products are of exceptional quality. This role involves working in a production area undertaking general duties such as using plant equipment, paperwork and ensuring that the work area is kept clean and tidy.

The Person

We need candidates who can work well as part of a team and possess the energy and drive to complete their work to a high standard.

Essential Criteria:

  • Good standard of education.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to understand health and safety requirements.
  • Ability to learn how to operate production line machinery
  • Flexibility in relation to working hours

Store Person 

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 12pm – 8pm

The Person
The successful candidate must be able to work well as part of a team and possess energy and drive to complete their work to a high standard.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Moving goods to the relevant storage areas
  • Assembling orders
  • Ensuring all stock movements are accurately recorded
  • Ensuring stock areas are kept clean and tidy
  • Notifying the relevant Department of any shortages etc
  • Stocktaking
