On March 9, 2023, Mount Charles celebrated the achievements and outstanding contributions its employees have made to the success of the business over the past couple of years. This was the company’s 4th annual Trevi Awards Ceremony and was held at the Waterfront Hall, Belfast, in honour of Founder and Chairman Trevor Annon.
The night celebrated the hard work, innovation, passion and determination of the employees across Mount Charles Group; including Mount Charles Ireland, Craft, Hospitality Belfast, The Concept Group and Werkit.
Winner of the Chairman’s Pride of Mount Charles Award, Nicole Robson, Head of HSQE and shared her thoughts on the whole experience:
“After serving in the Army for 18 years, two years ago, almost to the day, I was working for the UK’s 3rd largest supermarket, and I was bored. I said out loud “This is boring, I need a challenge”.
“I was asked to apply for the role of HSQE Manager and sent in my CV. I did not get the job. At least at first but fate had other ideas and 3 weeks later I was collecting my laptop and work phone. Two years later I am now the Head of Health, Safety, Quality and Environment across the Mount Charles Group and I have yet to be bored! It is an absolute honour and a privilege to win this award and I am humbled by everyone’s gratitude and words of encouragement.

Catering Assistant
The Mount Charles Group has an exciting opportunity for a Catering Assistant to join its catering team at Radius Manor Court based in Lurgan.
This part-time vacancy offers 24 hours a week across 3 days out of 7.
The role includes a rewards package of 28 days paid holidays (pro-rata if part-time), Company Pension Scheme, staff discount portals, Employee Health and Wellbeing and Employee, Assistance Program, training and development and uniform provided.

Commis Chef
The Mount Charles Group have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Commis Chef to join their catering team at Hyster based in Craigavon.
This is a part-time vacancy 24 hours per week from Monday – Thursday with evening shifts from 3pm to 9pm.
A minimum Level 2 award in Food Safety and Catering or equivalent is required for the role alongside the ability to create imaginative and nutritious meals.

Catering Assistants
The Mount Charles Group has an exciting opportunity for three Catering Assistants to join the catering team at Moy Park, based in Craigavon.
Each post offers a total of 33 hours per week. The first post holder will work across Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 7am to 2.30pm and Tuesday and Thursday from 8am to 2.30pm.
The second and third post holders will work evening shifts across Monday to Friday from 3.30pm to 9.30pm.

Commis Chef
Mount Charles have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Commis Chef to join their catering team at Radius Spelga Mews, based in Banbridge.
Radius Spelga Mews provide catering for only 12 residents at present aiming to provide a homely, assisted living environment with their client.
The Commis Chef will be required for 15 hours per week, working 2 days out of 7 days from 9.30pm – 5.30pm.
