Avolon Blinds are seeking a Bookkeeper/Office Administrator to join their busy team in Armagh.

The Role:

  • Permanent role in a busy blind manufacturing office
  • Responsible for maintaining the Xero accounts system
  • Preparing information for year end accounts
  • Reconciling banks
  • Preparation of VAT and EC sales lists
  • Preparation of Payroll
  • Maintaining customer accounts and following up on debts
  • Updating price lists
  • General office duties including answering phone calls and recording enquiries
  • Looking after the Motor vehicle administration including insurance, Tax and MOT bookings

  • Hardworking, enthusiastic, and determined
  • Good timekeeper
  • Full training will be provided

The Hours:

  • Hours are negotiable

The Salary:

  • Salary will be competitive and based on past experience
