As a Barista, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional experience to our customers, crafting and serving high-quality beverages and treats.

Position: Team Member (Barista)
Location: Carrickhill Business Park, Ballycrummy Road, Armagh, BT60 4FA
Basis: Full Time, Part Time, Casual
Commences: Immediately
Hours: Full time 26-37.5hrs, Part-Time 16hrs.
Hourly rate: 21 years and over £11.50 – £12.50 /hr, 18-21 years, £8.60 – £11 / hr, 16 years £6.40 – £9

Key Responsibilities:
Beverage Crafting:
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffees, teas, and other specialty drinks.
- Ensure consistency in beverage quality and presentation.
- Blending and serving a range of healthy smoothies and milkshakes
Customer Interaction:
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
- Take customer orders, answer inquiries, and make product recommendations.
Operational Support:
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the drive-thru, working closely with the management team.
- Contribute to inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
Product Knowledge:
- Stay informed about product offerings, including coffee blends, teas, and additional items like ice cream.
- Communicate product details to customers effectively.
Cleanliness and Organisation:
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the serving and preparation areas.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines.
Desired Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role.
- Passion for coffee or healthy smoothies
- Commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
