Overview
Emerson’s Supermarket Armagh requires a Retail Supervisor to join their Team.
Reporting to the Store Manager and/or Assistant Store Manager you will help to ensure the smooth running of daily operations and provide a first class shopping experience for our valued customers.
As our Retail Supervisor you will:
- Assist the Store Manager/Assistant Manager in daily operations and management of the winestore/store
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their inquiries and purchases
- Maintain store appearance and ensure merchandise is properly displayed
- Train and supervise store staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Keyholder duties, including opening and closing the store and all procedures included within
Requirements:
- Must have minimum 2 years experience in a fast paced retail environment
- As a store supervisor we would ask that you are flexible in hours as this position will include weekdays, weekends and evenings.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £26,000 per year
