Maxxpresso Drive-Thru are seeking a Barista/Cook to join their busy team.

Location: Carrickhill Business Park, Ballycrummy Road, Armagh, BT60 4FA
Basis: Full-Time
Start Date: Immediate
Hours: 26-37.5 hours per week
Annual Salary: £26,000 (based on experience)

Job Overview:

Barista – Responsible for crafting high-quality coffee and beverages while delivering excellent customer service.

Cook – Focused on preparing fresh, delicious food while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Food Preparation & Kitchen Duties (Cook)
• Cook and prepare fresh food items efficiently.
• Maintain food quality and presentation standards.
• Assist with stock management and restocking ingredients as needed.
• Beverage Crafting (Barista)
• Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including coffees, teas, and specialty beverages.
• Maintain consistency in quality and presentation.
• Blend and serve a range of healthy smoothies and milkshakes.

Customer Interaction:

• Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
• Take customer orders, answer inquiries, and make product recommendations.

Operational Support:

• Assist in daily drive-thru operations, working closely with the management team.
• Contribute to inventory management and stock control.

Cleanliness & Organization:

• Maintain cleanliness in food prep and serving areas.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Barista or Cook is preferred.
• Passion for coffee, food, and customer service.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
