About the Role:
As Marketing Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in shaping and sharing our brand.
This is a hands-on, creative role with a wide variety of responsibilities:
- Plan, design, and execute marketing campaigns across digital and print channels
- Create engaging content for website, social media, email campaigns, brochures, and more
- Maintain and update website content, ensure SEO best practices, and produce performance reports
- Manage CRM system and support lead generation and nurturing activities
- Attend trade shows, industry exhibitions, and customer site visits to create content and support visibility
- Capture and edit photography, video, and aerial drone footage (Full training provided)
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure brand consistency
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a marketing or design-based role
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and time management
- Extensive experience in in Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop

Leprino Foods is seeking to appoint a Maintenance Engineer to join our Maintenance team.
The successful candidate will provide an electrical, mechanical and instrumentation resource to support the efficient manufacture of mozzarella cheese and whey products, in a safe manner while promoting and maintaining an atmosphere of continuous improvement.
Hourly Rate – £22 to £24 per hour

Examples of Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all engineering work is carried out in compliance with SOP’s and safe working practices
- Monitoring equipment and plant performance and following maintenance (SAP PM) plans.
- Carrying out planned routine and non-routine maintenance tasks which will ensure plant performance is maintained at a high level.
- Actively seek areas of improvements (site wide in all aspects) an actively support your Team Leader in continuous improvement projects.
- Effectively communicate with all appropriate personnel within your sphere of responsibility.
- Ensure all work is handed over effectively to colleagues starting next shift.
- Update plant asset technical register using portable tablet device.
- Perform Point of Work Risk Assessments using STAR books to help in assessing tasks to be completed.
- During and following equipment breakdowns or periods where specification parameters have not been achieved, contribute fully in 5-Why Investigations to determine root cause of problems.
- Ensure timely and accurate records are maintained of all maintenance tasks performed.
- Undertake any other tasks to successfully fulfill the duties of the role.
The successful candidates should have:
Essential:
- NVQ Level 3 in Engineering with strong cross trade skills in mechanical/electrical OR NVQ Level 3 in Mechatronics
- Minimum of 4 years recent and relevant work experience within a production or manufacturing environment
- Must be able to demonstrate a flexible skill set fully exploiting cross or multi skill elements of training without trade demarcation
- Ability to solve problems using a logical thought process and implement solutions to prevent reoccurrences
- To be able to operate under pressure in a fast moving technical environment.
- Detailed knowledge of manufacturing equipment and/or processes and of the safety requirements in the maintenance and repair of same.
- Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
- Ability to work rotating 12 hour, continental shifts with weekend and night shift work included.

McElmeel Mobility Services are currently seeking a WAV Production Manager to join their team.
Production Manager Responsibilities:
- Directly reporting to senior management, you will oversee vehicle production and work within the WAV production team to support engineering, R&D, fabrication, stores and procurement.
- Ensure production follows build manual stages, work to improve build stage timings and ensure workforce compliance.
- Contribute to the continual evolution of production processes and product specifications.
- Liaise with work scheduler to manage stock and resources and anticipate the allocation of personnel and resources across projects where necessary.
- Through ownership of rework, quality and parts damage, deliver cost savings.
- Deliver employee performance reports to provide feedback and deliver continual improvement.
- Lead by example through a hands on approach in all production areas.
- Effective liaison between departments including setting meetings, preparing agendas and actioning follow ups.
- Provide evaluation, reports and commentary of progress to the Senior Management Team as requested.
- Maintain all Health, Safety and Environmental compliance requirements.
Production Manager Essential Criteria:
- Third level qualification in production management, preferably with engineering.
- Experience in people management.
- Experience in modern production methods.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Proficient IT user with experience in MS Excel with a commitment to digitisation.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Hours of work: Monday to Thursday, 7.30 am – 5.30 pm, Friday 7.30 am – 1.30 pm
Salary: £44,000 – £48,000 DOE
