Overview
Freeburn Transport are currently recruiting for a HGV Driver for their Moy Depot.
- Full Time Day and night shift
- Part Time/Casual Evenings and weekends
- Tramping
Job Responsibilities:
- Abide by health and safety requirements.
- Conduct daily walk around checks on a regular basis of both the lorry unit and the trailer/ fridge
- Adhere to speed limits at all times and drive with care and attention, being aware of other vehicles, road users and pedestrians
- Adhering to all relevant driving regulations and company policies
- Treat with care and attention and respect all items of Customer and Company property
- Communicate any problems immediately to the appropriate Operations Manager
- Compliance, or Fleet Maintenance Manager
- Deal with Customers in a courteous, professional, and efficient manner at all times
- Abide by drivers’ hours, tacho and rest periods
Qualifications:
- Class 1 HGV Licence.
- Up to Date DIGI and CPC Cards.
- Good understanding of safety procedures.
