Key Responsibilities:

You’ll take full ownership of food & beverage operations – leading from the front, setting standards, and delivering consistently brilliant food with your team.

Your day-to-day:

  • Run the department like it’s your own – from rosters and recruitment to training and standards
  • Keep a close eye on margins, food cost, and waste – we run a tight ship
  • Build a strong, reliable brigade you can count on
  • Maintain high standards in service, health & safety, food hygiene, and equipment care
  • Be a key part of the management team – your voice matters

Essential Candidate

What We’re Looking For:

  • You’ve got solid management experience and a reputation for getting the job done
  • You’re calm under pressure, fast on the pass, and sharp on margins
  • You lead by example – sleeves rolled up, hands on, team behind you
  • You’re organised, no-nonsense, and hungry to make an impact
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar Food & Beverage Management role.
