What You’ll Do
- Support clients via phone, email, Teams & remote tools
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues
- Manage and maintain networks, servers, and systems
- Work with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Intune & Azure
- Apply proactive Cyber Security measures to protect clients
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years’ experience in IT support
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 / Copilot / Azure / Windows Server
- Networking & virtualisation (Hyper-V / VMware)
- Cyber Security awareness & strong problem-solving skills
- Full clean driving licence
