Overview

Trimprint is seeking an Accounts Administrator to join their busy team, based in Armagh City.

The ideal candidate:

  • Proficient Sage 50 Accounts user and be able to efficiently manage financial transactions.
  • Good IT Skills – Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Knowledge and Understanding of VAT
  • Professional and friendly telephone manner
  • General administrative tasks related to finance and running of office
  • Credit Control including supplier invoices and client accounts
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Hours:

  • Approx 25 hours per week – over 3 days (no weekend working)
  • Potential additional hours available if the candidate has social media skills and experience
