Overview
Trimprint is seeking an Accounts Administrator to join their busy team, based in Armagh City.
The ideal candidate:
- Proficient Sage 50 Accounts user and be able to efficiently manage financial transactions.
- Good IT Skills – Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge and Understanding of VAT
- Professional and friendly telephone manner
- General administrative tasks related to finance and running of office
- Credit Control including supplier invoices and client accounts
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Hours:
- Approx 25 hours per week – over 3 days (no weekend working)
- Potential additional hours available if the candidate has social media skills and experience
