Noel Conn and Company are seeking a Part-time Accounts Administrator to join their team based in Armagh.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing VAT returns, bank reconciliations and managing business credit control
  • Preparing internal reports
  • Maintain and update financial records, managing accounts payable and payroll
  • Transfer invoices to accounts payable, and record receipts from clients
  • Ensure all financial data is accurately recorded and categorised
  • Reconcile bank accounts
  • Manage Debtors working with the Directors Gemma, Judith, and Noel
  • Restock supplies of stationery and other office products


  • Enjoy working with computers, Microsoft Office (Access, Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Have experience of Sage Accounts line 50, Xero or similar packages
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to anticipate needs and act accordingly

Salary: Negotiable, based on experience.

Hours: 12 – 18 per week, flexible.

Additional hours would be available if the Accounts Administrator desired to work within the accounts preparation team.
