Avolon Blinds are seeking a Bookkeeper/Office Administrator to join their busy team in Armagh.
The Role:
- Permanent role in a busy blind manufacturing office
- Responsible for maintaining the Xero accounts system
- Preparing information for year end accounts
- Reconciling banks
- Preparation of VAT and EC sales lists
- Preparation of Payroll
- Maintaining customer accounts and following up on debts
- Updating price lists
- General office duties including answering phone calls and recording enquiries
- Looking after the Motor vehicle administration including insurance, Tax and MOT bookings
The Candidate:
- Hardworking, enthusiastic, and determined
- Good timekeeper
- Full training will be provided
The Hours:
- Hours are negotiable
The Salary:
- Salary will be competitive and based on past experience
