We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Contracts Manager to become part of our growing team, in a role that will be challenging, varied and fulfilling.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who will assist the Contracts Manager in the day-to-day contract  management activities to ensure the financial and  commercial interests of the company are optimised. The position would suit a motivated, practical and adaptable individual who is looking for an opportunity to grow both their technical knowledge and commercial acumen.

What will you be doing?

  • Support the Contracts Manager in the supervision of electrical services installations
  • Assist with the management of site workforce and labour requirement planning to ensure handover deadlines are met
  • Develop and maintain a good working relationship with Sub-Contractors
  • Promote best practices within the site team and ensure H&S requirements are complied with
  • Liaise with Clients/End Users where required
  • Use personal judgement and initiative to develop effective and constructive solutions to challenges and obstacles
  • Work closely with QS to ensure all documentation is complete

Role requirements:

  • Knowledge/Experience of Electrical Services installation
  •  Good working knowledge of Health & Safety in workplace
  • Ambition to develop and progress within the role
  • Team-Player
  • Able to price small upgrades
  • Ability to present the company in a good light to promote repeat business
  • Full driving license
