In this lively role, you will be the face of our establishment, creating memorable dining experiences for guests through attentive service, food presentation, and a welcoming attitude. As a Food and Beverage server you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service across our restaurant and bar departments.
You will play a major role in ensuring high standards of service and maintaining a warm and welcome atmosphere for our guests. You will be based in the restaurant for our breakfast service (7am to 11am) and then you will work in our Callan Bar (11am to 3pm).
Shift patterns to include early mornings, weekdays, weekends and statutory holidays or other holidays. The full list of conditions can be found in our employee handbook. You may be required to work some evenings.

Key Responsibilities:
As a food and beverage server you will be responsible for:
- Presenting a professional and courteous attitude, to include professional presentation of uniform and hygiene.
- Ensuring that all tasks are completed within the allocated time frames, maintaining the standard expected of the hotel.
- Greeting customers, having extensive knowledge of menu’s, taking orders efficiently and presenting them as requested.
- Maximising sales and ensure prompt and accurate billing procedures.
- Maintaining effective communication and relationships with other hotel departments to ensure effective operation and guest satisfaction.
- Attending all training, meetings, and courses to upskill and refresh food service skills.
- Ensuring a high level of cleanliness in your department, public areas and back corridor, adhering to cleaning policies, rotas etc
- Handling any guest queries and complaints, ensuring to record and report accurately and escalate where applicable.
