Overview
Linwoods currently have an exciting opportunity within the company for a General Operative – Full Time/Permanent (Morning Shift 10.00am to 6.00pm).
General Operatives play a vital role in ensuring that our products are of exceptional quality.
This role involves working in a production area undertaking general duties such as using plant equipment, paperwork and ensuring that the work area is kept clean and tidy.
The Person
We need candidates who are able to work well as part of a team and possess energy and drive to complete their work to a high standard and are willing to learn new skills to develop themselves.
General Operative Essential Criteria:
- Good standard of education.
- Proven ability to work on own initiative
- Ability to learn how to operate production line machinery
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to understand health and safety requirements.
- Flexibility in relation to working hours.
- Previous experience gained in a production role.
Full training will be provided.
