Shielder Chassis are hiring for a General Operative / Goods In & Out to join their busy team based in Armagh.
Shielder Chassis is looking for a reliable, hardworking person to join our engineering business.
This role involves loading and unloading goods, keeping stock and materials organised, and supporting the day-to-day running of the business. We are looking for someone practical, dependable, and flexible when needed.
£15 per hour, dependent on experience
Location: Unit 1 Old Gas Works Yard, Culdee Drive, Armagh, BT61 7RJ
General Operative main duties:
- Loading and unloading goods safely and efficiently
- Organising stock and keeping stores, yard, and work areas tidy
- Assisting with goods inwards and dispatch
- Supporting general workshop and yard duties
- Helping maintain an organised and efficient working environment
Requirements:
- Good organisational skills
- Must be able to drive and hold a full driving licence
- Flexible with working hours when required
- Reliable and willing to work as part of a team
- Hands-on attitude and good work ethic
