Tarasis Enterprises are seeking an Office Administrator to join their team in Armagh.

Are you organised, proactive, and a great communicator? Tarasis Enterprises is looking for an Administrator to join our busy Healthcare team.

  • Based in our Armagh Office
  • Monday – Friday
  • 40hrs per week

In this role, you will:

  • Provide day-to-day office and admin support.
  • Answer calls, follow up queries, and maintain accurate records on our MIS ( OneTouch ).
  • Prepare weekly staff rotas and arrange cover for client care.
  • Support Community Managers with referrals and client packages.
  • Ensure all client and staff information is maintained in line with GDPR and company policies.

What were looking for:

  • Previous administration experience (healthcare or scheduling experience an advantage).
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and databases.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • A flexible, team-focused approach.
