Hewitt Meats are currently seeking an Office Administrator to  join their team.

Job Title: Office Administrator

Contract: Full Time (Monday to Friday) / Permanent – 8.30am to 5.30pm (can be discussed at interview)

Salary: Discussed at interview

Office Administrator Role:

  • Greeting visitors.
  • Handling queries and complaints via phone, email and general correspondence.
  • Managing incoming telephone calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate person and providing information via phone/email.
  • Receiving, sorting, distributing and dispatching daily mail.
  • Maintaining safety and hygiene standards of the reception area.
  • Producing delivery docket for drivers.
  • Producing invoices and credits for customers using Sage.
  • Filing and archiving all paperwork.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience of working in a busy office.
  • Effective written and communication skills.
  • Competent in the use of IT packages including Microsoft Word and Excel and Outlook.
  • Excellent organisational skills and multi-tasking skills.
