Overview
Due to continued growth, First Stop Properties are seeking a full-time Plumber.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Residential and commercial plumbing and heating
- Working on void and tenanted properties
- Installation of toilets, baths, basins, cold water storage systems, etc
- Testing
- Carry out normal trade related daily duties and completing appointments
- Dealing with emergency call outs as they arise
About you:
- As well as a practical, hands on approach to problem solving, you will have excellent communication skills, a positive ‘can-do’ attitude and the ability to multi-task and respond calmly and professionally to needs as they present themselves as well as the attention to detail and ability to work on your own initiative
- Time serves or appropriately qualified and able to demonstrate relevant experience
- Knowledge of domestic and commercial plumbing systems
- Previous experience working within construction industry
- Full driving license is essential
