Production Operative

Overview

Johnstons Bakery in Armagh seek a Productive Operative to join their busy team.

No experience is required as training will be provided to the successful candidates.

Salary: Competitive rate of pay

Job Role:

• 40 hours per week
• Night shift

Job Criteria:

• Good communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Assist with the cleanliness of production area and equipment

​Job Duties:

• Work on a production line to assemble and package products
• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products are to a high standard
• Work with team members to achieve production targets and deadlines
• Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment
• Report any production or equipment issues to supervisors
