We currently have vacancies for Production Operatives. Successful applicants will be required to fulfil a support role within production after training.

Applicants must be fully flexible and be prepared to participate in a 5-day 3 shift rotating pattern (rotating weekly early shift, night shift and late shift).

Production Operatives Essential Criteria:

  • Numeracy and literacy skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Manual dexterity
  • Flexible and organised
  • Ability to work to targets unsupervised and on own initiative
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Ability to work 3 shifts on a rotational basis

Previous experience in an operational role is desirable though not essential.

Rate of pay:

Following successful completion of training (approx. 8 weeks) the rate of pay will increase to £12.63 per hour with a night shift allowance when on nights. During training the pay is minimum wage plus a 20% shift uplift and a night shift allowance when on nights.
