About the Role:
As a Sales Administrator, you’ll be part of a dynamic, multi-skilled team supporting residential energy customers. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and grow your career in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input and manage customer data
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
  • Respond to customer queries in a professional and timely manner
  • Support sales and administrative processes as needed

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Rotational shifts:
    • 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
    • 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
    • 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
