Linwoods are seeking an ambitious and commercially focused Senior eCommerce Marketplace Executive to join our award-winning team.

The Role
You will manage and grow Linwoods brand across Amazon, and other marketplace platforms. Taking ownership of marketplace trading activity, you will use sales, advertising and customer data to improve visibility, conversion and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operation of Linwoods’ marketplace accounts.
  • Create, update and optimise product listings, including titles, descriptions, imagery, keywords and enhanced brand content.
  • Develop marketplace plans to grow sales, improve profitability and achieve targets.
  • Monitor rankings, traffic, conversion, sales and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
  • Plan promotions, product launches, seasonal campaigns and commercial events.
  • Manage Amazon Sponsored Products and other paid marketplace campaigns.
  • Monitor stock, sales forecasts and fulfilment requirements to ensure there is no out- of-stock periods and excess inventory.
  • Manage account by monitoring reviews, customer feedback, compliance requirements and platform policies.
  • Produce regular performance reports with clear commercial insights and recommendations.
  • Evaluate and support the launch of new marketplaces, territories and product ranges.

The Candidate
You will have relevant experience managing ecommerce marketplaces, ideally including Amazon and eBay.

You should also have:

  • Experience optimising marketplace listings and managing paid advertising campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of marketplace analytics, reporting dashboards and Google Analytics 4.
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, with the ability to analyse sales, stock, advertising and profitability.
  • Experience managing product feeds, catalogue data, SKUs and system integrations.
  • Knowledge of marketplace fulfilment models, including Fulfilment by Amazon, merchant fulfilment and third-party logistics.
  • Experience in stock forecasting, demand planning and inventory management.
  • The ability to translate performance data into clear recommendations and actions.
  • Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with WooCommerce, Shopify or a similar content management system, along with knowledge of conversion-rate optimisation, A/B testing and customer-journey improvements, would be an advantage.
