Overview

Mark’s Pharmacy, Ardee, Co Louth (A92 W8HY) require a Supervising Pharmacist.

Work Location: On-site – Mark’s Pharmacy, Ardee, Co Louth (A92 W8HY)

Salary: €70,000 – €88,000 per annum

Hours: 45 hours per week (Monday – Friday working week considered)

Role Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Who Can Apply:

– Talents who hold BSc (Pharm)/MPharm and have at least 3 years of pharmacy supervising experience.

– Talents located in: Ireland, Northern Ireland, or UK.

Key Responsibilities:

– Prepare and dispense prescriptions accurately and efficiently

– Provide first-class customer service

– Maintain and organise paperwork, including PCRS claims

– Engage with the local community and promote healthcare initiatives

– Stock management

– Work both independently and as part of a dynamic team

– Vaccinations

– Develop and enhance pharmacy services

Requirements:

– BSc (Pharm)/MPharm is a must.

– Registered as a Pharmacist with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI); or willing to register, is a must

– Minimum of three years recent experience working as a supervising pharmacist

– Excellent time management skills

– Strong customer service skills

– Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team

Preferred Skills:

– Previous managerial experience is a plus but not necessary

– Proficiency in the MPS computer system

– Understanding of or interest in Lean management and continuous self-development
