Overview
Allens of Caledon Coffee Shop require a Supervisor / Head Barista to join their experienced team.
As the Supervisor / Head Barista, you will oversee daily operations within the coffee shop and be responsible for a smooth running of the business. A typical day is handling customer orders, effectively communicating within a busy kitchen and coffee making using a top class La Marazoco Machine.
This position is a customer focused role, with exceptional customer service being the forefront. A key element to this position will be to set high standards, drive profitability and to provide our customers with memorable experiences that keep them coming back.
Your extensive barista experience and knowledge of coffee will guide your team in delivering outstanding beverages while adhering to food safety standards. You will be responsible for any team training and development as required.
You will assist in stock management, adhere to Food Hygiene and Health and Safety policies. You will be responsible for ensuring all areas of the coffee shop are maintained to the brand standard of cleanliness.
The ideal candidate will be friendly, enthusiastic, have a positive attitude and be able to work calmly under pressure.
Pay ranges from £12.50 to £14.00 and can depend on age and level of experience.
Free shift drinks and meals.
Must be available to work Weekdays and Saturdays.
