Overview
Due to continued business growth, Linwoods currently have the following exciting opportunity available within the Company:
Supervisor (Monday – Friday 6pm – 2am)
Key requirements of the position will be:
- Responsibility for a small team of Key operatives, operatives and cleaning staff.
- Responsibility for overseeing and participating in the production process and cleaning of
the health food plant. - Ensuring product quality, safety and legality are maintained to the highest standards.
- Ensuring that all orders are fulfilled on time.
- Maximising efficiencies throughout the plant, minimising wastage and ensuring effective
use of resources. - Complying with and reviewing all Standard Operating Procedures.
- Ensuring that all health and safety procedures are maintained and complied with.
- Training and developing employees.
The ideal candidate should have:
- At least one year’s previous Supervisory experience working in a food production
environment. - Strong organisational skills, with good attention to detail are required.
- Strong communication skills with a positive attitude are essential
