MM Freight are seeking a Trainee POD Administrator to join their team based in Lurgan.

Job Brief: We are seeking an organised and driven Trainee POD Administrator. Full training will be provided.
Hours: Monday to Friday – 09:00 until 17:00
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour or depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, verify, and process Proof of Delivery (POD) documents from drivers.
- Ensure all PODs are accurately logged and stored in the system.
- Liaise with drivers, depots, and customer service teams to resolve POD discrepancies.
- Maintain up-to-date records of deliveries and ensure compliance with company procedures.
- Support the wider logistics and admin team with general administrative tasks.
- Learn and apply best practices in transport documentation and logistics systems
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook).
- Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
- Willingness to learn and develop within a fast-paced logistics environment.
