Catering Assistant

The Mount Charles Group has an exciting opportunity for a Catering Assistant to join its catering team at Southern Regional College located in Armagh.

This role promises 30 hours per week from Monday – Friday, 8am to 2.30pm during term time only.

Barista

A Barista is required to join the Mount Charles catering team at Southern Regional College located in Armagh.

The role is for 4 hours per week on Monday from 4pm – 8pm during term time only.

Chef Supervisor

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Chef Supervisor to join the Mount Charles catering team at Moy Park Craigavon.

The Chef Supervisor will work 27.5 hours per week from Monday to Friday on a 3.30pm to 9.30pm shift.

Previous culinary experience and demonstratable knowledge of HACCP is required. The candidate should also have previous supervisory experience and excellent communication and organisational skills.

Commis Chef

A Commis Chef is required for Moy Park in Craigavon.

The successful candidate will work 30 hours per week from Monday to Friday on a morning shift from 8am – 2.30pm.

As Commis Chef you would help to keep the kitchen running smoothly by making sure everything is clean, tidy, safe and hygienic. When a kitchen is busy, equipment such as pots and pans will need to be cleaned quickly and be ready for chefs and cooks to use again.
