Chef Supervisor

The Chef Supervisor will be based at Moy Park in Craigavon.

This post is for a total of 27.5 hours per week from Monday to Friday working a shift pattern of 3.30pm to 9.30pm.

A suitable candidate should have previous culinary experience and a demonstratable knowledge of HACCP. Previous supervisory experience would also be preferred with excellent communication and organisational skills.

Applicants should possess an NVQ level 2 and 3 or City & Guilds 706/ 1 and 2 or above.

Catering Assistants

Mount Charles are seeking two Catering Assistants for Moy Park, Craigavon.

Both positions are for a Monday – Friday working week with one role offering 30 hours and the second offering 27.5 hours per week.

The 30 hour position will provide cover for a morning shift from 8am until 2.30pm with the 27.5 hour position covering evening shifts from 3.30pm until 9.30pm.

Successful candidates will demonstrate attention to detail in all aspects of the work and be enthusiastic and passionate about the company’s customer service and reputation.

Commis Chef

Working within Radius Knockeden in Portadown, the duty of the Commis Chef is to operate the kitchen focusing on tasty, well-balanced, nutritious meals catering for all dietary requirements.

The successful candidate will work two days out of seven for a total of 16 hours per week. Shift patterns will vary, therefore, flexibility will be a requirement for the role.

Cleaning Operative

This 25 hour per week Cleaning Operative‘s position will be based within Radius Manor Court, Lurgan.

A successful candidate will work across 5 hour shifts, 5 days per week.

The responsibility of the operative is to ensure all areas are cleaned efficiently and in a timely manner to the required standards – this to include weekly and periodic tasks.

Due to the use of cleaning chemicals, applicants should be aware of how to do so safely, as detailed by the Control of Substances Hazardous to health guidelines (COSHH).
