The Deli Manager will lead the operational and financial success of the Deli department, presenting an environment that will ensure guest satisfaction.

The role is full time working on a shift pattern basis.

Candidates should have previous experience in a similar role in hospitality to include management and training of staff, barista experience and be educated to GCSE level.

Food and Beverage Manager

The hotel are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to oversee and optimize all aspects of their F&B operations.

As the manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences, while effectively forecasting, planning, and managing F&B orders, staff, and finances.

Your primary objective will be to maximize sales and revenue by consistently meeting and exceeding customer expectations, fostering employee engagement, and maintaining a strong focus on quality and efficiency.

Previous experience in a similar role within hospitality is essential, working with a diverse range of individuals to include bar staff, waiting staff, kitchen staff, suppliers and event planners and management of own staff.

The Bar Manager will assist the Food and Beverage Manager in leading the operational success of food and beverage within our busy Bar operations.

Previous experience in a similar role within hospitality is essential criteria for this full-time role, including management of staff.
