This unique dual-role position combines administrative duties with language interpretation tasks, making it an integral part of our maintenance department. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in coordinating schedules, managing resources, and facilitating effective communication channels within the department, with a particular emphasis on Polish interpretation.
Key Duties:
• Regularly assess and organise spare parts inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and identifying any shortages or excesses.
• Collaborate with our purchasing department to identify and procure necessary spare parts, communicating specific requirements and ensuring timely delivery.
• Compile and prepare documentation for maintenance activities.

Office Administrator
Hewitt Meats require an Office Administrator for their site in Loughgall.
The successful candidate will greet visitors, handle queries and complaints via phone, email and general correspondence, manage incoming telephone calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate person and providing information via phone/email, receive, sort, distribute and dispatch daily mail alongside several other responsibilities.
Key Requirements:
- Experience of working in a busy office.
- Effective written and communication skills.
- Competent in the use of IT packages including Microsoft Word and Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent organisational skills and multi-tasking skills.
