Candidates must be available to work evenings and weekends.
Duties include cleaning all dishes, work stations, cooking equipment and food storage areas in accordance with food safety regulations, carrying plates, washing, chopping, shredding and grating ingredients for subsequent use by the chef and general cleaning duties in line with health and safety regulations.
