Care Assistant

As a Health Care Assistant, you will be involved in supporting the daily activities of our residents in a relationship-centred manner, promoting their dignity, independence, and well-being, and becoming an integral part of their lives. You will work closely with the wider team at our care home and will form relationships with the families of our residents.
Whether you have experience or not, we will provide a full induction and will provide ongoing training opportunities to support you in developing your career. Thereโs no limit to how far you can go with us; previous carers have progressed to roles such as regional clinical specialists.

Activities and Wellbeing Co-ordinator
Activities are a huge part of life for our residents, and this is a key role within their Home.
Your role will be to bring happiness to our residentsโ lives as part of the โEnjoy Your Dayโ initiative.
With support from the home manager and head office, you will be responsible for planning and delivering a person-centred activities programme that will engage, stimulate, and improve the well-being of residents.
Whether you are arranging group activities like arts and crafts, baking, and chair yoga, or doing a one-to-one activity like reading or doing a word search, Sanville Group guarantee no two days will be the same.
You will also report on the effectiveness of your activities programme, and review and refresh it when needed.
