Mount Charles offer Level 2 and 3 apprenticeship programme in hospitality
Earn while you learn and become part of a family-owned business which employees over 2000 people with Mount Charles’ 2023 Apprenticeship Programme.
Mount Charles, Ireland’s largest indigenous support service organisation, will be holding the programme in conjunction with Belfast Metropolitan College.

The Programme
Mount Charles will train and mentor you, invest in you and lay the foundations for you to flourish in your chosen career. Their further commitment to you will be a permanent contract on completion of the full apprenticeship programme.
You will achieve Level 2 or Level 3 Apprenticeship in Hospitality. You must be aged 16 – 24 at start date of apprenticeship and hold GCSE Grade C or above (or equivalent qualification) in Maths, English and ICT, or complete Essential Skills in each of these areas as part of the apprenticeship programme.

Mount Charles have a number of opportunities available across their catering, events, vending, cleaning and administration operations, including:
- Sous Chef
- Commis Chef
- Chef
- Administrators
- Specialist Cleaning Operatives
- Multi-skilled Operatives
Pay rates will be dependent on the role.
