Accounts Payable

As Accounts Payable, you will be responsible for managing and processing all invoices received for payment and undertaking the payment of all creditors in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in an Accounts Payable role.
• Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable principles.
• Proven ability to calculate and manage accounting figures and financial records.
• Data entry skills.
• Understanding of Confidentiality.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

Transport Administrator

Job Duties:

▪ Build all jobs from emails onto our Transport Management System.
▪ To update Customer Portals.
▪ To book in collection and deliveries on request.
▪ To reply to all email requests in a timely manner; this will require an ability to communicate with all team members.
▪ Help resolve customer issues.
▪ Track customer feedback and suggestions for improvement.

Job Requirements:

▪ Good Level of IT Skills.
▪ An ability to work under pressure and problem solve.
▪ Great communication, both written and verbal.
▪ Experience in use of Outlook.
▪ Training will be provided.

Trailer Mechanic

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing trailers, ensuring they are in optimal working condition. This is a permanent full-time position.

Job Requirements:

▪ Fully Qualified HGV Mechanic
▪ Previous experience in a similar role. Fridge Experience Preferred but not essential.
▪ Valid UK driving license
▪ Problem solving skills
▪ Attention to detail
