Armagh City Hotel require a Night Supervisor.

As a Night Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our hotel during the night shift. Your leadership skills and attention to detail will contribute to providing exceptional guest experiences.

Special Conditions:

  • Shift pattern 23.00 to 7.00 weekends and statutory holidays or other holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the hotel operations during the night shift.
  • To present a professional and courteous attitude as a member of management, to include professional presentation of uniform and hygiene.
  • Making sure the hotel is a safe place to be for our guests and staff by monitoring and maintain hotel security and safety protocols.
  • Handle any guest queries and complaints, ensuring to record and report accurately and escalate where applicable.
  • To be knowledgeable of all policies, procedures and regulations of the hotel ensuring that staff are adhering to the same. Providing comprehensive handovers at the start and end of each shift and attending regular management meetings.
  • Communicate and coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure the smooth running of the hotel.
  • Supervise and support late night bar service guests.
  • Making sure the hotel is ready for business the next day by setting up functions and getting ready for breakfast.

Essential Candidate:

  • Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • A friendly approachable manner with a genuine desire to help and support staff to meet guest needs.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate at all levels.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.

Desirable Candidate:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within hospitality
