What does a maintenance supervisor do?
In a maintenance supervisors role you are vital to the efficiency, development and progress of manufacturing and processing industries within the company you work in. Working with other professionals, you’ll be responsible for improving production facilities and developing strategies to improve overall reliability and safety of plant, personnel and production processes.

- Manage and provide leadership to the maintenance department to ensure that facilities and systems are maintained to the highest standards therefore minimising downtime and maximising uptime of plant facilities
