Chef de Partie
The Hotel are seeking to recruit two Chef de Parties with shift patterns to include early mornings, late evenings, weekends and statutory holidays or other holidays.
Previous experience in a similar role is essential alongside an ability to be extremely organised, making intelligent decisions when faced with competing priorities.

Kitchen Porter
The role of the Kitchen Porter is to ensure that all tasks are completed as set out in kitchen checklists within the allocated time frames, maintaining the standard expected of the hotel.
Candidates should have the ability to work under pressure to achieve objectives within timescales, without compromising accuracy and quality. You must be extremely organised, with the ability to make intelligent decisions when faced with competing priorities and possess excellent standards of verbal and written communication, with great interpersonal skills.

Food Service Staff
Food Service Staff are required for positions across the Hotel’s various eateries. There are both full and part time permanent positions available.
The successful candidates will be required to present a professional and courteous attitude, to include professional presentation of uniform and hygiene whilst greeting customers.
Food service staff should also have extensive knowledge of menus, be able to take orders efficiently and present them as requested.
Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.

Bar Staff
The hotel are offering both full and part time Bar Staff positions.
Candidates will be in a customer facing role and should possess the ability to work under pressure to achieve objectives within timescales, without compromising accuracy and quality.
